awesome post! I was getting severe lumps.. sometimes with heat and swelling and others with just swelling... i started to heat the shot under hot water before injecting and the last 2 injections have been BEAUTIFUL!!

Good post! My buddy just got a serve infection in his biceps, due to poor hygene. He spent 5 hours in the emergency room and 3 (!) different doctors looked at his arm.

ALWAYS SWAB THE RUBBERTOP BEFORE DRAWING BACK AND ALWAYS SWAB THE AREA TO BE INJECTED. Many people do not care very much about this, thinking that infection only happens to others. Don´t be a retard, swab everything. irate:
