Hi there, I'm S here. I'm 20 years old, I turn 21 on the 29th.
I have used one Testosterone Cyp cycle for 10 weeks at 400mg a week when I was 18 1/2 years old, Followed by a 4wk nolva PCT.
I have not used than since. And do not plan to until I naturally bulk up with 2 20-25 week bulk cycles of dieting.
(Hitting about 188-200lbs is possible for me to do naturally in a year, Yes sounds crazy and rubbish, But I plan to blog my very details and show my potential and catch up to where I should be.) Solid muscle, Some fat. I don't rely on my genetics, But rely on the actions that need to be done in order to accomplish what I have set in mind.
(My so called half assed pig out dieting over the last year of off/on lifting was a shame and still made plenty of lean gains)
WEIGHT: 158-162 (weighed myself) 6pack abs, dense overall body
BODYFAT: 8-9%
HEIGHT: 5'6-5'7
I will not explain my diet only because my father who also was a Builder told me: Figure it out on your own, So I do my own thing as far as dieting comes along, And if you know some of the science behind glycogen,aminos/protein, fats etc overall nutrition, Some experimenting doesn't take long to have a solid DIET.
Haven't lifted in a good 4 months. Kept a lot of muscle from the time away from the gym, And I am starting back up next month but staying consistent 24/7 until the day of the show I decide. Very strong overall physique, I first would like to put on what I can naturally, Then taper my bulk into pre contest dieting about 16 weeks out. It being my first show, I am not too concerned taking gear that's directed to fat burning and am set on more towards mass-building/preserving.
If you eat like shit, You look like shit, So dieting, then cardio, then drugs will come...
I might be thinking too far ahead, But I am wondering if this looks good for my 2nd cycle. (I just want to get an order of my gear in that way I can have everything prepared when the time comes for my next show 16 wks out)
Monday-AM // Thursday PM I pin.
500mg Test E 12 or 16 weeks
Possibly Deca or EQ @ 400mg weekly.
I have done off and on research over the years, And am not sure about what I should be taking on the side as far as research chems, And the help would be appreciated on schooling me a bit.
I understand hardwork and dedication day in and day out for days, weeks, and years of consistency, And I am ready for all of that. My physique POPS, And I am looking forward to getting back into the bodybuilding community without my head in my ass.
