i had this problem too, but it only really is a concern on leg day since there are so many plates involved. she usually does a different exercise or machine thats open.

1/2 the time, every other body part is machines (which makes it easy) and the weight is always alot less than on leg day. I dont think I use more than 2 45's per side for any upper body exercise and even then, its only ONE working set. Its its not that much weight swapping. And I make her do all the weight swapping anyways. :satan:

dick... LOL j/k .... no actually i'm on unemployment, and around here right now... there's nothing good or worth getting paid for...

Needless to say, I'm having trouble finding a good job that pays well... it seems that college kids are worth hiring b/c i'm over experienced and probably wouldn't take a pay cut.. which isn't true... i don't really mind a paycut as long as i'm getting paid more than unemployment!!
