i had this problem too, but it only really is a concern on leg day since there are so many plates involved. she usually does a different exercise or machine thats open.NAIR said:How do you guys solve the problem with weight? 1/2 the time, every other body part is machines (which makes it easy) and the weight is always alot less than on leg day. I dont think I use more than 2 45's per side for any upper body exercise and even then, its only ONE working set. Its its not that much weight swapping. And I make her do all the weight swapping anyways. :satan:
