Anyone keeping pictures of themselves as they progress? I've been trying to take a couple now and then, and I'm starting to see the difference as I go. I'll collect a few more then post them in the member photo area and in my photo album.
 
I take pics when I start either cutting or bulking just so I have a reference. I started that a while back before I did p90x and realized that though I don't see it the pictures don't lie.
 
i would really like to. I think in order to really do it right you should have a complete log describing workouts, supplements, and pics. Sounds like a lot of work really..
 
I take what people say as a measure though. Skip the bar i used to work at and walk in from time to time. If people say DAMN! your getting huge... Its a good sign. lol.
 
I go a lot by what friends that see me often and coworkers say. I also inadvertantly take pics from time to time, but its hard to go by pics unless you always keep your bodyfat at the exact same level. I look at pics of me at 210 and they look better than later ones at 220. I'm now 230 at the low B/F I had at 210. You have to go the whole way, journal regarding measurements, strength, caliper testing, and photos. But yes I do take pics.
 
I try to take pics every couple weeks during prep time to see my progress..Offseason about once a month or so...
 
Ive been keeping progress pics cant wait for this new semester to start im finally gonna be getting my own place so I can run that first cycle...

yes, I am doing prop/tren/igf-1 but just dropped the tren as that shit was fucking me up..lmao, so now just prop/igf-1 already seeing results in 1 1/2 weeks.. Prop works so damn well on me..
 
i dont keep pics, cause i havent advanced in years. finally broke down and hired a trainer.
 
ive been taking a few every 2 weeks now...

same spot in the room same lighting.... ill be sure to post after a few more weeks
