Dont know what they are calling it now, but it is when you deleate carbs
and only eat protien and fats. After some time your body
changes into negative keytosis (we used to test with litmus strip) where
you burn fat for energy instead of carbs. You are suposed to really lean
out because you not only burn the fat you eat but the fat you have
stored. probably call it something else now. Is anyone following this kind
of diet and more importantly - how is it working???
