how effective are b12 tabs as opposed to injections? the label says it increases red blood cells so will it enhance the use of eq?i found b12/milk thistle/cran extract in a dollar store and loaded up. am i being cheap?
I finally tried a vet B-12 inj and like it very much.If you visit A's board you can learn to make it yourself.Heard it is the bomb.I can't wait to try it.
