Was really getting into deadlifts... just did like 8 sets of deads. Fucking way into it. My second set, i shit myself. Had to run to the bathroom and wipe up. Got back into it, fing cranked out 6 more sets. Finished legs up and decided to sit in the steam room for a bit. Fucking puked....

So i dont know if its from all the deads, the olive garden i had just before my workout... or if i have swine flu.
 
wow bro:shocked: how do u feel rite now? if it gets any worst as time progresses u shud go and get checked out man....ur off the dnp n all so possibilities are wide open now.....on a lighter note those deadlifts must of been super hardcore :D

well, i was doing like 20 reps. So after each set i felt like i was going to pass out.

but i knew i should have took a crap before i started

i feel perfectly fine now. Just ate a crap load of meatloaf
 
I've been power lifting for some time, and I know personally when I was doing heavy deads, and sometimes squats I'd take 2 immodiums before I lifted. It does not make you constipated, but be prepared for a BIG shit.... haha
 
i dont know if its age or what. but the heavier i lift on certain stuff, the more i feel like im going to shit myself.

and yeah bro, olive garden isnt the best choice before deads or squats
 
yeah, my wife loves olive garden. I havent had pasta in 6 weeks. Guess i still havent had it.

:) i lub olive garden god i could eat for 2 hours in that fuckin place they get pissed when i go in there for lunch. All you can eat soup salad and breadsticks ive gone through two full bowls of salad and 4 bowls of soup and 3 baskets of breadsticks by myself. They just get more of an attitude everytime i put in another order haha.
 
damn. ive crop dusted a few times doing leg press, but never blew a gasket. think youre getting old norm.
 
^^ haha dude i have to say though when people dust me i just wanna rip their fucking head off. If you do it where your working out thats one thing but when im in my set doing deads or something and you blow a fuckin indian food burnt hair smelling fart as you walk by that just deserves an asswoopin lol.

luckily, i did it in the legs section of the gym. and it was just me and the dust on the machines. but if i did it by the benches, it would be like farting on a crowded subway.
 
at least u guys are aware when u let one rip......i was doing barbell rows and APPARENTLY let off a few loud ones but since i had my headphones blasting didn't 'hear' only felt em n thought I let em off under control....boy was i wrong lmfao. When I finished my set I had people clearing out dumbells and coughin LOL....
