I just a few minutes ago found out about these lifts. The sots press seems like its a very compound movement being a military press with a static squat involved.

The bent press is said to be using leg back and arm muscles , and that alot of weight can be moved...

I just thought that they were pretty interesting

What the hell is that? It's no wonder that no one uses them anymore.

I just said they look interesting.. The only thing that I would try would be the Sots press.

this does look dangerous lol http://images.google.com/imgres?imgurl=http://bp1.blogger.com/_tCuBnHV2FrA/R2UxwOoKCfI/AAAAAAAAAHI/XfKEO7fzJ6w/s200/3618451821.jpg&imgrefurl=http://ironworksfit.blogspot.com/2007/12/pressing-issue.html&h=145&w=109&sz=4&hl=en&start=108&um=1&usg=__5mwF-0qHsSaqVeC6NWYEzEl3Y40=&tbnid=T-uCGCXtDzLmLM:&tbnh=95&tbnw=71&prev=/images%3Fq%3D%2522sots%2Bpress%2522%26start%3D100%26ndsp%3D20%26um%3D1%26hl%3Den%26sa%3DN

But the sots press , looks like it might be something to mess around with but not incorporate into my routine. go to youtube and type in sots press , or google and type in sots press.

Horrible insurance.

But I was just mentioning it , im not going to try it.

That one i know I was making fun of it also because it was interesting.

The exercise that I am really talking about is the Sots press though.
