Whats your breakfast look like?

For me i eat every day

8 egg whites
2 whole eggs
6oz grill chicken

To change it up i will add broccolli,sometime hot pepers,salsa.

I love my eggs
 
I do a cup and a half of liquid eggwhites with two scoops of protein and a cup of oatmeal with strawberries or blueberries
 
Usually 6 oz of turkey sausage, 5 pieces of turkey bacon, 2 eggs over easy, 4 pieces of toast, and a bagel with cream cheese
 
Normally:
1 cup of egg whites (add 2 whole eggs once in a while for more fats)
2 slices of turkey bacon (rotate every few days)
2 slices of Ezekiel bread with natty peanut butter
1/2cup of oatmeal with 1tbs of cocunut oil mixed in (workout days is 1 cup with Craisons)

For me, more carbs work better in the morning.
 
My breakfast has been sucking bad been hitting up Bojangles alot, thats gotta stop, lol. Finally got the wifey to start boiling eggs again, so imma start back to my 5 egg whites, 2 whole eggs and a protien shake for breakfast. I use to keep a jar of peanut butter and some low fat cottage cheese at the shop for in between meal snacks
 
Speaking of this I just ran out and got some stuff since I was thinking about it. What do you guys think of the pre boilded and peeled eggs? Hell its cheaper to buy them just wondering if they use any preservatives in there I should watch out for.
