How many calories do you guys consume when you start dieting and where are you at when you're finished? I'm just trying to get a reference to compare myself. I've heard of people going below 2000 cals, but I would be starving then.
im sure i am probably dieting wrong but i just cut out the five white devils and seem to loose weight preyyt well. refined white sugar refined wight flour white potatoes salt and whole milk i have been able to find a substitute for each of them and am down 10 lbs as of today and i eat when ever i get hungry.
i have no idea on calorie counting im sure if the weight gets harder to loose ill have to look in to it.
