it doesn't matter what i run, even dropping orals, i have to force myself to eat and take 4-5 shakes w/ 50g whey/50g oats/2 tbsp olive oil to get calories up. i take effexor for anxiety which suppresses appetite only slightly but w/ gear forget about it. should i look into digestive enzymes? b-12 shots? somebody help a poor bro out please.
