cardio after workout

what do u guys think of including cardio after an intense workout?
some say that it might lead to muscle loss.While i feel that after the intense workout, cardio will start burning the fats immediatly instead of having to warmup.
 
I wouldn't recommend doing cardio after a high intensity workout, you're setting yourself up to overtrain. Your body isn't capable of training very effectively after a hard workout.
 
I like to consume my post workout drink while doing cardio. it is a very difficult to get hit bpm, but i can maintain 135 bpm easly for 45 minutes
