Unsteady hands, slight headaches, cramps here and there, and awesome fat loss. Don't really sweat much on it. Maybe I'm not taking enough. I'm using MC's aquaburn and take 10 drops 3 times a day (after I ramp up from like 3 drops a day). I think thats a lot, but never measured it out in a syringe. Also when I do my cardio, it takes like no effort to get my heart rate where I want it.
