Combatting Estrogen

I have had problems since stopping my cycle with gyno since i stopped my cycle 9 months ago. I take a little bit of letrozole here and there to quell systems but a week or so later it always flairs back up are their any alternatives to constantly taking an anti to getting my estrogen levels under control. I have heard that tribulus can help. Anything else Thanks.

What did your last cycle consist of? list AAS and dosages and length of cycle

what post cycle therapy did you do?

I did 750mg of test for 10 weeks. Used Liquidex throughout. used clomid and novladex post cycle.

its Di Indole Methane and its a natural supplement that is supposed to control estrogen. Same substance thats healthful in broccoli.
