Anyone knows how to bring the pics down to a 100kg. I can't seem to get mine cut low enough to upload. Any help would be appreciated.

I am still having problems uploading images from image shack. I click on the url and copy it to the upload on the website and then I upload but it says uploading pic but nothing happens. Something I am doing wrong. Can't figure it out. Anybodies help would be appreciated.

Sorry everyone I am new at this and finally got it done. some pics too big first two 6/07 AZ Max Muscle wt 151 bf 15% heavywt all the rest were LA Classic 7/07 wt 140 bf 10% heavywt. The last ones are me now 69" 191 bf around 29% + or - not done since 3/08

Many people have said to me to keep my bf low but I can't lift heavy enough with it low or maybe I have the wrong idea any help would be appreciated I am off season at 191 69" . Someone asked me what my bf was at the AZ and it was 15% wt 147 LA Classic 10% 140 and only existing hanging on everything felt horrible!!!

Thanks so much I achieved that on aha tuna, aspargus and grapefruit and once a day 1 scoop of ultra fuel.. It was a major starvation diet in the last 3 weeks but the results were as you saw.
