Constantly tired?

6 months on dbol? Maybe time to take a brake. Your blood test are ok (liver, e2, progesterone, glucose, etc)?

i think he means he has been tired for 6 months lol, not taking dianabol, or at least i hope that is what he meant lol

and I have been taking b12 injections and they seem to give me a nice little energy boost, you might wanna give that a go beeflover! I got mine from www.aaapeptides.com

It definetly something. It could be thyroid, I take thyroid meds for low thyroid. If I stop taking them I am tired. Also what about any other meds. Some blood pressure pills make you real tired. Look into everything for sure. Being tired is terrible.

I eat carbs for instence before bed 3 bagles, nice bowl ham berger helper.and a bowl of cereal
vitamins 3,6,9 2 aday
coconut 4 day
bcomplex daily
liv guard

amino 6 day

you think the dbol would react that fast i was on for a week before blood was drawn.

I'm not sure than brotha. I know I have felt like that before days on in and I usually can fix it by uping carbs. Maybe try that b12 injection. I have heard it works wonders but haven't tried it myself yet.

Do you test your testosterone level before your cycle, if you are off cycle since 1 year it can be low test level.

Try taking a week off from the gym. Refresh those batteries.

You also may have sleep apnea. You may go to sleep at night but never achieve REM sleep so you dont get refreshed. I know the DUDE on here has it and sleeps with a CPAP Machine. He told me it changed his life and now he cannot sleep without it. May want to get a sleep study.

Excellent point. Before my sleep machine I slept 10 hours a day and would still doze of during the day. Now I feel great with just 8 hours. I don't even lay down without hooking up my CPAP. Come to think of it, I need to bring it in and have them get me a new mask and get more air pressure going. It's a life changer for sure

Hope your ok bro, you haven't responded to this post. I have felt that before and it was low blood sugar because I don't ever eat sweets. I had some apple juice and sprung back to life in a heartbeat. Strangest thing ever..hope your ok.
Also look into chronic fatigue syndrome and read up on it and see if any of that fits you.
