I cant do calves either. I always have issues with cellulitus. I pretty much stick with delts and glutes. It sucks, but with the inversion table I have no more back or leg issues.I used to use the bis until I hit a nerve which literally dropped me. After that I said never again, but I will apply IGF to them. Just not pinning gear there, as for everything else, it's a go. Delts, tris, glutes, chest, quads, calves, bis (if I can continue to reach)
