The past few days I've started doing so Aqua-Burn to burn those extra few calories. I know the stuff has kicked in big time, I got the hand shakes and I sweat like a whore looking at a hundred dollar bill at the gym. But I've been cramping during the day doing regular every day activities. I looked over my shoulder today and my neck cramped under my chin and it was so bad I thought I was going to have to go to the ER.
Is there anything to help with the cramps. I drink plenty of water. Is there vitamin or supplement that will help?
