My panic attack was caused from smoking weed for the first time in 7 years and smoking a little too much. Needless to say I'm not doing that again until it's legal here lol

Lol, I had the same experience once, a buddy of mine I was deployed with back in the day brought some fire, smoked out of this special pipe, Man!! I thought I was dying, I thought he laced that shit with something, heart pounding, couldn't breath, damn I had to just chill out on the back patio in the cool air, ha ha. I know the feeling.
