YES! Creatine is great, the results are definitely not placebo. The 'old' creatine was creatine monohydrate (usually in powder form). It works great, but lots of people get cramping and bloat from it. The new form of creatine is creatine ethyl ester (or CEE as it is referred to), and it works just as well except that it does not bloat you like the other form. I'm using Bulk Nutrition's CEE right now--excellent stuff.

just started using CEE myself and I'm a believer. No bloat and no cramping at all... great to add to your cycle or a good addition to your PCT to help the transition
I hear ya all, creatine on cycle is awesome, to bad i started using mine at the end,...i was using cell tech,...to much sugar,...but other than that, i felt great on it, strenght was awesome....definitely a good combo while on cycle.... :thumbsup:
