ive been using BSN's product that contains creatine....I didnt think it was doing much but ive been moving to another state and stopped taking it and boy did I notice a small loss of the volumizing effect......So I conclude that creatine taken as a staple of a supp program does have it's benefits.
I also read a study that taking 3 grams daily, without working out, increased muscle weight gain 7 pounds in a year.
