Yeah, he worked really hard... looks great! I love seeing people work hard to reach their goals and see their own potential... I wish everyone in my life knew that with just a fraction of this kind of work and dedication, they too could improve their own health and lives.

WOWWWW he lost my ENTIRE body weight....looks absolutely phenomenal....this alone should be an inspiration to anyone looking to either lose weight or gain weight, with hard work it is possible....i will say this tho....when I initially saw the pics I thought he was competing in Masters He looks a tad older than 23 but to loose that much weight in a lifetime much less 3 to 4 years is a testament to his work ethic n determination....damn i soun like palumbo now:arcade:
