Anybody heard of this? I looked at some of these recipes and I must say they look good. Could be a nice clean way to eat year round or in an offseason but still get some tasty foods. Testimonials on his website say they used his recipes for their precontest diet as well. Anybody have an opinion on this? If you have tried any of his meals in your diet what were results? Any thoughts whatsoever. Just curious about his cookbook.
