Yesterday I hit legs again, with my workout not feeling much different to be honest.

I started with squats, at just 135 for 15 deeeep slow reps (4 sets)
Straight leg Dead lifts 135 for 15 reps. Standing on a box or what ever you want to call it to get a good pull on my muscles going down. 4 sets
seated leg press, pyramid up adding 2 45 plates each set from 390lbs to 840lbs and drop set a third of the weight back down.
seat calf raises 90lbs to failure 3 sets super set to standing to failure
leg extensions 210 (machine) 15 reps 3 sets
2 mile jog
Ab ripper P90X

Muscles didn't feel popped but I felt my endurance is actually increasing and I'm not as easily winded.

Diet was typical as to days past however at night I ate sausage and cheese ravioli to carb up a bit and sodium up a tad to see if I get the typical ON pump feeling I am use to when I am on a cycle.
 
That's the EQ part huh? LMAO hows the strength gains I saw 1 guy say better than 100mg A-Drol! Nice log thus far bro! Keep it up! Soon ur'll have enough credits for some MC extras!
 
Today I started the day off with a "smoothie" (oats, milk, greek yogurt, half a banana, an egg, protein, peanut butter and chocolate syrup)
This was breakfast. I got up earlier today for work because I spend the weekend with my son. Pure protein bar as mid morning snack. Lunch was garlic and herb chicken w/ spinach. Then hit chest and shoulders.

Workout today was actually a great pump. I had to hit the gym at my office though so I was limited on equipment and weight.
warmed up with 2 sets of push ups 35 reps into 35 kneeling reps each.
Incline dumbbell press 50 llbs dumbbells (that's as high as they got =| oh well)
A lot of variations with the dumbells and bands with little to no break between sets.
Lots of flys and presses

I will say I had a big pump after my workout. Although I wasn't hitting bi's and tri's my whole upper body was looking swole. Likely influenced by the load I had the night before dinner wise. I will say I'm beginning to feel tho oncoming of the Dimethabold and anticipate by Sunday night or Monday's workout I will hopefully feel the M-sten like effects most others are referring too.
 
50's awwweee wtf! LMAO Planet Fitness? LMAO Man that blows my gym has 120s and we complain! Well I dont but my strongmen friends do.
 
My office has a gym for the staff, pretty much all middle aged women lol but yea, With my handicap pain heavy weights cause for a lot of pain in the joint. I will say though I was throwing the 50's around like they where 20's ha lateral flys with the 50's too, sets of 8 but thats not new for me.

I was finishing chest workout yesterday doing incline 50lb dumbbells and i hear this young punk say something while looking at me so im thinking he is talking shit. So i go over to the smith machine and load up 8 plates didnt ask for a spot just pushed that shit like a muthafuckin BEAST

Moral of the story train hard and smart. im lucky enough to have 2 gym both of them suck but combined i can get really good workouts in
 
LMAO! Iron.. I had two dipshits come in braggin they were powerlifters all juiced up and bench 225 for 5 bouce reps... So for the hell of it I put up 275 for 5 strict reps.. :) Looked at em n said "Man if I had a spot I couldve got more." Then went bout my business. I powerlifted for years they were dipshits LMAO. That shut em up HAHA!
 
That's pretty funny, you know it's frustrating sometimes cause some people judge like that... we could be spent by that point on using 35 lbs dumb bells and just trying to get every last bit out! Dick holes act like they know something... Thats why I just plug em up with my ear buds till my ears bleed haha If I'm happy with the way I look/feel its not gonna stop me from getting what I want, when I truly want it.
 
Noticing some bloat too today guys.

And did a mild workout, mainly some isolated reps on my left arm as I'm trying to even out muscle proportions. Any insight will by noted and added to my normal routine..
I'd micro dose onsite with Igf-1 lr3 Post work out if I had it. But it isn't a proven fact to work onsite. Most of it is all bro-science. Plus I got an effing ticket for speeding Friday and have to sell shit to pay that off now too. =/
 
Sucks about the ticket. Post like a mofo and use credits to get some MC igf or just bet against whoever presser is going for and double up its that easy lol
 
So today I hit bi's and back... and I gotta say, I really am not feeling ON at the moment. Other users are experiencing effects in the first week. Not here though =/ I will say I have been cramping a bit but my water intake is high like 8 liters minimum a day. I hit it real hard today too and had a budy pushing me a bit as well.. left with the pump I normally leave with when I am off though.. not feeling swole throughout the day either. I'm thinking of increasing carbs. And I am gonna run some trestolone with this when I get paid Thursday.

I will say I notice the red flushed skin though I get when I am on a cycle.. anybody else get this? Like a concentrated flush in blood flow to the area? (not a pump) just like an almost bruising look
 
2 whole eggs and three egg whites w/ ham & Cheese large glass of Chocolate milk.. and two Ibuprofen since my elbow is sore. Hopefully this chest day will be the turning point in this cycle. I want these pecs and shoulders to feel flooded. Also took a Pre w/o Jack3d Advanced, which is actually not too bad..

Last night I ate half a pizza, I think those carbs/sodium should help increase the pump I'm seeking.
