Yeah FG has it, its a nice feature to see if people are just blowing you off or if they haven't read you PM yet.

If you goto http://board1.mantisforums.com/upload/private.php?s= this page and on the right from the drop down select folder: inbox, outbox, tracking .. then you should get it.
It is a per usergroup setting. Administrators can use it, not sure about other usergroups. Ask presser! I can set it, but I can understand why it is turned off too :]
