Do you see a difference?

ok so pic one is 5 weeks ago, pic 2 is today. Do you see a noticeable body fat difference and if so what % change do you think?

Also does anyone know (estimate) what my current Bf is at?

I can see some in your lower abs. I have no idea how much I would say. What have you been doing to cut weight?
 
I took No Explode for the last few weeks and started doing major Cardio with my diet. Starting IGF cutting cycle this week, just waiting on order to come in mail. Presser? did you happen to ship that out if your reading this? lol
 
That's actually kinda funny because I have only been taking no xplode and just ordered some igf tonight for the last four weeks of my cutting. Presser said he was getting all the backed up orders out. He told me I could have mine by around Friday so you should be good before that. What are your stats? Im 33 and 6' at around 210. I have been doing cardio from the p90x workout with my workout. I do the plyo, ab workout sometimes, and the core workout. I bought it for my wife but she won't do it.
 
im 6'3 and 208lbs. Yes I am doing a 4 week cycle of IGF and hoping to lose 2% BF in the next month and add a few lbs of lean body mass and ill be happy!

I was just curious what my bf% was now, so I have a baseline// to work with. But I have been working with pix and every month I look better.
 
You look swole in both. You do look leaner in the second one. Honestly, the only difference I see is that you are holding your nuts in the second one. Not the best pose. Try a lat spread and we can tell better.
 
It's really hard to say bro, but if you look at his upper chest it looks a bit leaner as well as lower abs just a bit. It's hard to tell with pictures like that because we don't know what you've just done. Say in the first pic you worked out 2 hours before and in the 2nd you worked out 10 mins before. You are going to look more pumped and leaner in the 2nd picture if that was the case. Not a huge difference, but noticiable.
 
to me, it looks like you took one after another. No difference at all
 
It looked like you were *slightly* leaner in the abs, but that can be due to flexing harder/light, etc. I don't think there is really any change in bf from those pics.

that being said z28, when I start leaning out I notice the most noticeable difference the last 4-6 weeks of dieting. My belt notch barely moves the first month of dieting.
But I also diet slow and tediously to keep muscle loss to a minimum.
