Drink or Eat Your Protein?

You guys that are able to eat 6 meals of actual food are lucky. I drink 2 shakes during my work day since i only have a min or two to chug it but I do add a 1/2 cup of oats besides my lunch. The rest of my meals are food.
 
not to mention the cost of food for those who have multiple kids. Just gotta try and make it work.

Just because of time constrictions with my work schedule I'll have 2-3 shakes a day but that's only about 7 months out of the year when my job is really crazy. But I'll throw in a full cup of oatmeal some pb and I just started to add coconut oil as well. During my work off season I eat food for most meals with exception of a bed time shake.
 
I have kids, wrestling practice, homework, long hours but I do my damndest to get my meals in. It is much easier when I cook everything ahead of time. Sundays are spent cooking and filling tubs of chicken and beef and cutting up veggies. I don't really take a lunch at work just because I get busy so I just shove the food down and eat it in a few minutes. Gotta eat to get big.
 
I'll take solid protein anyday....but a lot less practable. Does anyone think that the more you drink shakes say several times a day, the more bloaty you can get? I dont mean bloaty as in that same time but over extended amount of time? I recall reading this a while back that if you think you are distended in the gut try cutting back on liquid protein, anyone agree w/that?

Dude, you know what, ever since this thread came about I've been craving shakes and have been having them more. I think I had 3 yesterday and 2 today and don't feel as pretty lol. Gut hanging out a bit lol

I guess that proves that point eh? I really need to cut back on my shakes as its usually at least 3 a day plus like clockwork I get up in middle of night to pee and head for the fridge and down another one

Just had #3 lmao...........ugh I wish my aqua burn and cyto burn would get here already.

The worse thing is that I'm drinking Syntha 6 and that baby is loaded with fat and carbs
 
Im an Iso Pure guy myself, mixes well with milk or water and I down more a day then i prolly eat meals!
 
LOL! Come on you guys, your supposed to be telling me to eat more, not tell me your craving more shakes! LOL! Speaking of which, I need to eat something right now before the kids wake up from their naps...
 
Get your food and put it in a blender. I've known one fuck to actually do this, he would blend shit all the time...He mixed different foods in there that you'd never think of eating together, but he'd just mix it all up and down it like a champ
