Dropping the DNP

Well, i've pretty much hit my goal with the dnp/ diet. Im down to 234 today. I've debated staying on longer, maybe cutting up even more. But im bouncing right now and the lowest body weight ill allow myself to get down to is 230. Dnp does make you hold on to water, so i expect to loose a couple more pounds just shedding water.

Im going to stay on the gear for the next couple weeks and just maintain a very clean diet. Then drop off the gear and recoup. The trick will be maintaining this weight. I plan on staying here. No more yo-yoing.
 
aight bro.....no more lethargy thats gotta be a plus.....keep us posted.....is 'rebound' weight gain a big concern for u?
 
im actually planning on loosing some water weight. Im continuing the diet too. So i plan on staying at 230 for a while.
 
How much DNP were you using? and did you split it up 2 or 3 times daily. I plan on doing it for 3 weeks starting Dec 15th as a primer for my diet starting on Jan 15th. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

250mgs per day. Taken in the morning. you should read my log "starting up again 10-1-09" will give you a good idea what to expect.
