Easter workout

Any of you guys working out today. My gym is open reg. hours and I'm
heading out for a good one while the wife is cooking up a storm. Now
that is how is should always be!!!!!! lol

I am a fat ass...ate way too much today and didn't get into the gym. But first thing tomorrow morning I'm hitting cardio, so at least I'll try to make up for it.

No workout for me. Wife and I slept half the day and then had a nice Easter dinner.

BIG training day for me, one of my only days off of work on the year.
Hit bi's and tri's hard for the first time in YEARS. Still sore today. I forgot what it was like to focus all day on training and eating and relaxing.

i spent easter trying to get my 91 year old grand mother to play drinking games and she refused because beer is disgusting to her, so we bought her a bottle of jameson and a cigar and she was happy as a pig in shit then LOL man its great to be irish

of course jameson, is there any other? in my family that shit is drank like holy water and if one of the "outsiders" like a relatives girlfriend or wife etc tries to mix it in anyhting or talk badly of it they are automatically blacklisted and the relative is then forced to make the decision on weather to live with them in exile or stay with the herd
