Is this your first time. My first time I started at half that. 250mg once a week and made gains. Modest gains which is what
I wanted at the time. 500mg a week should be good. One thing I would really recomend is to put effort into your diet. It can
make a HUGE difference. I would recomend 5 or 6 good meals a day. Protien and good carbs. If your not a big eater, forcefeed
your self. It will really maxamize your gains. Keep us posted how it goes.
Some believe to load it up more first time to really maxamize using your receptors the first time and some believe starting out slow.
Both are good advice. You just have to go with what you want to get out of it.
 
Definitely start off with a lower dose. I would probably go with 400mg a week, especially if you know it's good stuff.

you cant ask for sources to buy gear, and you cant try to sell gear. other then that ur fine
