at my work its kind of like school canteen you see wot you want and tell them how much you want, also there are no shops where i can buy my own food.
 
i did not start seeing any really good growth until i started eating 6 meals per day consisting of 75g protien, 75+g carbs/20+g fats in each meal. i would suggest your diet is the problem not your gear...i like what ip outlined for ou as far as blasting, then brodging with and oral at work...but with that diet you outlined i am surprised you are not losing weight to be honest.
 
i dfid forget my protien this trip but basicily i can only eat what i get given. all i can do is take out weight gainers protien etc.
 
I'd probably add in some more carbs to the last couple meals in your day. Carbs are what's going to give you the energy for your workouts and allow the protein to do it's job building that new muscle you're looking for.

Also, Pasta, Breads, Simple Sugars from Yogurt aren't the carbs you need. You're body needs some solid carbs from vegetables & high fibre, nutrient dense foods.

Examples:
Vegetables & Fruits (A Wide Variety), Brocolli, Asparagus etc...
Yams (Sweet Potatoes)
Whole Oats

Do you know the amounts you're taking in each day in grams?

Carbs? (To Me, it looks like this is your problem area)
Fats?
Protein?

The probelm to me is 1) You dont brown bag it so you know the xact amounts your eating every day for each meal 2) Your not weighing you food to make sure the amounts you think your eating are the amounts your eating.

DIET is 80% the reason you succeed or fail
 
ive done 4 cycles in the past ive used mostly 50mg per day of d-bol or a bombs usually for bout first 6 weeks of cycle the highest iwent for inj was 1g a week of sust for 9 weeks and also 1g a week of cyp for 6 weeks in diff cycles i ve not taken for a long time. Its pretty complicated cos of my job but i cant really afford to fuck it up.
 
not so bad but i'm still wonderin what his stats and previouse experience are that would have kept him from gaining at all....lets not let this thread die i'm currious about this one brutal
 
if you're taking in over a gram of AAS per week and not gaining anything something is seriously wrong. Most likely, like everyone else said, it's your diet. You need to be consistent with diet, training, and rest otherwise you're wasting your time.
