Finally got my arms up to 20 inches...!!!

Dude mine are almost 18 finally. Im starting igf this week on my bis and tris. The npp has helped me add some size but the gyno issues are making me drop it. I have tried everything and Im down to 200mgs and still having issues with it. Primo is on the way.

seems the more often you apply it to the area the more the pain subsides.. well for me anyway.

i was doing bi's then teardrops everyother days (so bis 4 times weekly and drops 3 times weekly)

Congrats, Chris, that's awesome, bro!! I have no clue what mine measure right now. Maybe I'll get the wife to tape me tomorrow. I can be sure that my right will be bigger than my left, though. lol My right is much more peaky than my left.

Well that is way more impressive than my 20 inch arm...cause your way leaner right now than I am...and also somewhat lighter ?

Well, I don't know. Somewhat lighter? Lol, you're about 50 lbs heavier than I am. That's a lot! I wouldn't mind being at least 230. Still, as I said before, you motivate me to keep going, so thanks.
