I have been training for 3 1/2 years. I am 5'6 1/2 and right now I weight 153.5. My body fat is about 10-12%. My waist is at a 29-30'' my bi are 16''. Nice quads, calves. My goal is to add 10-12 pounds of lean muscle with not to much water retention, and I would like to keep most of my gains. PCT is nolvadex during and clomid after. My diet is great. I am cutting right not. I eat fish fish fish, chicken chicken chicken, and green beans, tuna, sweet potatos every once in a while. I DON'T lift stupid and sloppy. I have taken every that at GNC, I worked there. I love 1-TU by Nutrex, had great gains of strength. Equipoise sounds nice. I just don't know what to run. Test Eth? Eq or Test Cyp? Need help.
