I feel ya bud...I need to gain about 5 lbs and take off about 10 and i'll be ready...but I haven't decided if I'm even going to try and lose it yet. I'd like to get to around 225 before i lose any, but I need to keep the BF low and I don't know if that will be possible with cutting down for this summer. So I'm thinking about staying right where I'm at and just poundin the crap out of anyone that says anything to me. My wife likes it either way, so that's good enough for me...@ least for now.
this summer i think im honestly gonna stay inside my house and just concentrate on getting leaner and bigger im at the point where im tired of partying. And if i take my shirt off that means im at the lake and that means = im gonna get completely shitfaced for more then 2 days period. So im trying to stay away from the lake and water in general all summer haha.
I WENT TO A BALL GAME THIS WEEK AND DRANK 13 BEERS I WASNT TELL 7 INNING I REALIZED SHIT THATS A HOLE LOT OF CARDIO IM GOING TO HAVE TO DO MONDAY TO GET RIDE OF ALL THAT SHIT I EAT AND DRANK .....ANYBODY KNOW WHY BEER TASTE SO GOOD AND PROTIEN TASTE LIKE ASS ... THEY NEED TO MAKE A BEER FLAVORED PROTIEN MMMMM:drooling: THAT WOULD BE GOOD ...I BET NOBODY WOULD EVER BE PROTIEN DEFICIENT ... YOU THINK LOL:laugh:
i know i wouldnt i love the taste of beer some people dont but i absolutley love it which is def. a bad thing lol. but im cuttin it out totally for the summer so wish me luck haha im gonna need it.
get yourself some NA beer bro! that should at least help a little bit... I know it's not the same but my Gramps used to drink 3 or 4 of them once in a while and he'd start slurring and stumbling... lol
