What do you recommend for lean gains? I’m thinking about getting on ghrp-2 for 12 weeks and doing 125mcg or 250mcg a day for 12 weeks. Do you recommend I try to ramp up the dose. is that is going to work for me or should I just stick to a lower dosage? I’m 55 years old and this is the first time I’ve used these peptides.
 
ghrp-2 is great for appetite. So if that's not what you're looking for then then steer clear. Trust me, you may not get the best results you want.
 
Go with some growth hormone instead and you can also use something like nutrobal. Either one of those would work really well.
 
Bros make sure that you go in with ghrp-6. It has less side effects and it's just as effective for lean gains.
 
ghrp-2 is the goat. I would do 150 mcg in the morning and then do 250 mcg in the evening. That is a good dosage.
 
You won't go wrong with 125 mcg a day. That is the sweet spot. And stack some neutral ball with it. Maybe 10 or 20 mg is good.
 
ghrp-2 is good with ipamorelin. maybe do 200mcg of each per day. that will work well!
