Mine is pretty simple, and its to get my butt back on my diet and eat right. Ive been lazy the past couple months as far as eating goes, so its def. to start back eating right.
I really need to get a list started, I think B2S has some good ideas there and I know for me the CONSISTENCY is the important one. I'd like to start racing and maybe competiting in adventure races again before the end of the year but the baby may have some plans of it's own. lol
My main one is to get and STAY on a diet as well as stay consistent with my workouts. School gets so freakin busy and I get so far behind that I don't have time to get to the gym in the evenings. So I've decided that I'm going to start working out in the AM before class...and yes I've decided this several times before, but I've got to make it work if I'm going to keep up this lifestyle and not become a hippo.
First thing I thought was to gain a few and loose a few (muscle/fat) but Injury free
sounds fine to me. After all these years just looking a little better then the last
year is progress.
About 10-15 lbs, up my capoeira game a bit, and definitley lay off the boose a little bit. Living with my fraternity brothers for the past 3 1/2 yrs hasnt helped.
