Going in to the doc. tomorrow morning for surgery, having my torn laburm fixed. Ill keep everyone updated just incase anyone else has to have it done as well.

i just had surgery last wednesday! not the same, but i know how it feels. Those doctors wheel you in, put you under, then wheel you out...

anyway, good luck! thank god for modern medicine!!!

you'll be benching in a week.

I doubt that he will probably be in a sling for minimum 4 weeks. Depending on type of tear etc, and also the surgical procedures will mean alot too. They had to actually cut me open to reattach my subscap so i have a 7'' scar on my shoulder and i was out for 6 months wasnt pretty. I was the biggest asshole in my state those 6 months.

Good luck on your recovery. I have avoided having an mri of my shoulder because I know it needs it. I hope you have a great recovery and you are better than ever.

Once you are in the recovery stages, some IGF may speed your healing significantly.
