good meal replacement?

What do you guys take for a good meal replacement, ive been just pounding a shake and eating some oats and cashews or something. Is that better then buying a good mrp? i only have 10 minute break at work and its hard to eat when i dont have an appetite at that time so this is the best option for that break.
 
i usually have 40 grams whey protein and add i scoop muscle milk for added flavor

a few rice cakes (white chedder) and some peanut butter

its the easiest for me when on the go
 
I keep a stockpile of stuff in my bag that I bring to work with me. protein bars, granola bars, trail mix, things like that. I usually hit one of those up in between eating real food.
 
I eat a bar and chase it down with a shake. If you buy the bars by the box and bring your own powder its like a $3 meal with 70g protein, 35g carbs, and maybe 7g fat.
 
I use Scivation Solution 5 and love it! it's priced under $30 and there are 30 servings so under $1 per/serving is tough to beat. It has healthy fats, fiber, low carbs, good blend of proteins and fruit and veggie extracts.

 
thanks guys yeah im not too concerned about carbs now i still watch them but not nearly as much. I think ill try the bars or maybe that solution 5 looks pretty damn sweet. I like the dudes idea too a good bar with a shake to go down with it. The solution stuff looks great with fiber and everything too though. decisions decisions.
