I'm just in the middle of reading a book called "The Ketogenic Diet: A Complete Guide for the Dieter and Practitioner" by Lyle McDonald. I have to say, it's great info on everything from ketogenic cycling and the physiology behind it, to info regarding exercise (eveything from basic to specific).

This truly was a great book and stands the test of time. It goes into the science that Bodyopus and The Anabolic Diet skimmed on.

Very unbiased too. "Ketones aren't magic"!
