Ive noticed recently that my body doesnt agree with dairy and fat that well. Like when i eat it, It doesnt get digested that well, cant sleep very well, I get bloated and feel like i lose muscle or cant gain muscle when that crap is in my system. 2 weeks ago I eliminated dairy and most fat (red meat, bacon, egg yolk, etc) and now im growing like crazy! I guess people just need to understand, what works for Jay Cutler, may not work for you!
