ok i have been out of the gym for over a year do to a shoulder prob that is now fixed!!! my ? is what is the most efective way that you have done to get the fat from your gut? im starting slow with situps,i would love to try some of your tricks!

diet is the only thing that will get rid of that fat bro and im sorry to say but its prob gonna be the last to go mine sure as fuck is. But do a search for ab workouts somebody posted a pretty good one not that long ago. But cardio and diet is whats really gonna shed that fat you dont want if you find another way please let me know lol.

I totally agree, diet is the main trick , second is the morning aerobic session on empty stomack. It is hard for some people, including me, but I guaranty you will see the fat melting. The body will have no other choice other than using fat as fuel. Third , I also use for the last portion of stubborn fat which is the hardest to lose, a thermogenic fat burner, called syntheburn from synthetek, one of the sponsors of our site.It is as powerfull as Eca.

I won't be dieting down for a show or anything this summer, jus to lean up for the beach and to have a change from the whole bulking aspect. I'll take my time doing it, so I'll start in march or april. I'll start by doing slow cardio so I don't burn any muscle in the process. I'll throw in some clen and take a certain calorie breakdown and run it until I don't lose a pound that week. Then I'll lower it by roughly 150 cals again until I don't lose weight in a week. I don't change up my training much if any. I just throw in some clen, up the slow cardio sessions, and progressively lower the cals. Hopefully I come out a good 10-15 lbs. heavier this summer at the same bf. That's my take man, I don't believe in fat spot reduction, and like Gbart said, it's the last spot to lose for the most of us.

agreed with everyone here. Diet and Cardio and proper nutrition is the only way its going to go and its also the last to go! Its sucks but its true. you can do it bud just stay focused and if you need help on a diet ask supermannpc, ive heard he's got some killer diet and training plans.

lots of cardio. I dropped down 3% from 15% bf. Just doing 1/2 hour of cardio every day + normal weight workout.

thanks everyone! i realy want to try the morning work out that big danny sugested! make alot of sence!

Once you get down to a certain point, no matter the training, the 6-pack wont come in. It's all about diet at that point. But while you're on your way there, plenty of cardio and resistance training of the abs. Work them out like you would any other muscle.
