IS there a type of gyno that will never go away? Im beginning to think im screwed from previous cycles. It wasnt as noticable cause i've always been above 15% body fat, but now that im leaner, its obvious.

I was just wondering if i kept taking nolvadex if it will eventually break down and go away, or is this something that only surgery will fix.
