After a big injury and 13 years without working out… I’m back on track

Training:

Day 1) back and biceps
Day 2) legs
Day 3) chest and triceps
Day 4) rest
Day 5) back and shoulders
Day 6) lower back and legs
Day 7) rest

Juice:
Now
HGH 1UI daily first month then 2UI (6to 8 months)
Clenbuterol cycled 2 weeks on and two off (8 weeks)
L-carnitine injectable 500mg three times a week (8 weeks)

then:
I’m planning to run test and anavar but open to suggestions
In the 90’ I’ve used test and deca one time and test and winnie two times

The goal is to celebrate my 50th birthday in the best shape of my life
