How do I use mc Aqua-burn?

Do i just use one drop from the dropper as the correct dose?

i would get a oral syringe....you can pick them up at the local pharmacy.....or a labled dropper.....its a little more precise than a drop

suck it up in a syringe with an 18g needle, pull of the pin a squirt into mouth. its 200mcg so I would take it in 1/4ml incremits (50 mcg) starting at 1-2 ED and work up to your treshold over the next couple days. I find that in the 150 range is enough for me, don't overdo it or will shake like a left on a tree.

Either is fine what this two bros have suggested, or you could also just use your dropper and just count the drops...For example let's say the recommended drops is 8...you can start with half of that so 4 the first day and see how you react to it...do it the next day the same if results don't change or you don't feel the tolerance but give it at least couple days with just 4 drops and work your way up..
