I mean everyday! All meals you eat away from home is what you prepared. I have been doing this for a long time now, and it has become a habit. Every morning when I leave for work I have already ate breakfest, and take 4 meals, 2 shakes, 1 pre workout shake, and 1 intra workout shake with me. When I come in the gym(work) I have my gym bag, with an extra set of clothes so I can shower and change, my cooler, with my meals a plate and silverware, and a bag with my shaker cups in them. It looks like im staying the night, lol.
