if the process has gotten this far I'd say your in
the john deere is a temp to hire spot and they screened apps and resumes first then orientation/drug screen before interview...the NFI job i think i was the last person they interviewed and weren't really set on any of the other 4 interviews...it's about 50% office and 50% warehouse work and he said he didn't think two of the 4 had the physical attributes to handle the warehouse stuff...we'll find out...
