Ive been taking at least 500mg's a day since i started my cycle. The last thing i want is to get sick again and ruin my gains. Do you guys supplement it all year? not at all? or just on cycle? and what dose.
Morning noon and night lol. I proabbly eat about 1000mg each time. Good thign about Vit C is that your body just excretes what you dont need through urination.
1000mg twice a day. I also take 1000mg along with any arginine/n.o. product. It's said to prevent the breakdown or degradation of n.o. by free radicals. It's supposed to let n.o.'s effect last longer.
