can someone help me out... I take in ~5k clean cals every day during this bulk... I get a watery mouth every so often throughout the day and I litterally stop my self from eating more cuz i dont wanna get fat... I dream of eating general tsos chicken and big macs all day... Even when I jus ate a big meal i get hungry shortly after but I TRY to not eat so I get my eating schedual straight... You guys think I should eat more or have his good food ever so often or jus stick it out wit the hunger?... PS: My ass is salviating right now. (girl friend calls me a food mongrel)
 
eat as much as you can. i would. if your training hard and living right and maybe on gear and your body is still hungry after you eat then imo its telling you it needs more to make up for what you;ve done to it.

have a cheat meal once a week or once a day depending on how lean you are.
 
then eatup. if you eat good food it shouldnt hurt you that much if your creating a demand. the odd burger and fries wont kill you either.
 
I gotta agree with DW, a cheat meal once a week is a must whether your diet down or bulking. Your body tries to get into homeostasis with its food intake just like lifting so you have to change it up every so oftern to keep the resultz coming.
 
Bump to the advice above, the cheat meal is amust if you want to keep your sanity, plus listen to your body, if your hungry then eat, you wont get fat as long as you acitve and still training hard
 
yea... i work average 10 hrs a day, (stocking, cleaning, loading, and other bullshit) then go home to eat and train then eat make more food for the next day and sleep.. and of course read this board. I weigh ~185 but i will take your guys word on it
 
Am glad, there is no better advice than the one this guys above are giving you...keep us posted on your results and progress....
 
bro think of the cals your burnign just from your work. damnt hats nus. ive always found the easiest work with the least amount of labour that made me the most money so i was fresh for the gym lol.you gottaeat
 
diet is key...to become animal one has to eat like one, and i mean healthy diet, sometimes you gonna have to cheat once a week to fed your craving for the junk food...lol!! couldn't find a better name for it...
 
I jus hadda cheat DAY... tore up shop... but i swear Im never eating a pizza hut dipper pizza again.... my asshole is on fire. Maybe a lil too much info ;-)
 
I am up 20 lbs maybe a lil more ... but i was on a keto diet so i gained water.... im ~ 2-3 weeks into this bulker... not much fat gain, but abs only visible once in a while, other then that im slightly bloated throughout the week but my muscles always feel full an tight. I seperate carbs and fats for the most part, carbs mainly around workout and mourning "ANY TIPS APPRECIATED"

Bro' just eat.....i eat everything and anything i can.....idont like the fsat foods but I had gen tso's yesterday as a matter of fact.....try to keep the protein up and you're gonna be fine...if this is a bulker then go ahead and bulk.

...its true, DW is a home shopping network opperator.....he sells most of the products to IP.
