I know Im not the first guy to say this or to do it but it always scares the crap out of me. I worked out and did chest today. I forgot to take in carbs because I got preoccupied with my kids and drank a small glass of orange juice about an hour after I worked out. I then applied some igf. I felt somewhat odd so I bought some chocolate milk at a store and went to go pick up my wife. I got cold, shaky, nauseated, and to be honest felt like I was dying. The moral is the story is always make sure your blood sugar is up before applying igf. I literally thought I was gonna pass out. Be safe.

yup im incredibly sensitive to Igf ive had it happen on and off for 2 weeks thats why i stopped using it. I was sitting in a restaurant one day and wasnt eating because i was dieting was just sitting with friends. I had to steal one of their cokes and buy some food because i started going hypo. Had it happen several times and its scary, def. take in plenty of carbs with it. Its a weird feeling feels like your confused and cant think.

40 mcgs. I am also prone to go hypo anyways if I don't eat every 3 hours or so. I think mine escalated all the way to a panic attack too. I know better, but I really thought the orange juice would be enough carb wise. Unfortunately it was diet tropicana 50 and only had a few carbs. The chocolate milk did the trick eventually but I was scared my son was gonna have to call my wife.

^^ yeah bro theres nothing like it you cant describe it until youve had it happen. I was dieting a year ago or so and got exercise induced hypo so i went to buy a gatorade at my gym and i walked to the counter looked everywhere for my wallet the lady asked me what i was looking for i said my wallet i sat it on the counter when i walked up haha. It gets me confused as shit like i dont know what im doing. I chugged the gatorade and my pwo shake and was fine. Its definitely an uneasy feeling though.

when i ran it i kept OJ in my truck, in my room, and anywhere i spent alot of time or i was going to be away from food. Just bought 6 packs of the bottles so i could just leave them out hot and chug if i needed. Didnt need very many of them but its definitely better safe then sorry.

My new treatment for this is taking in celltech which is loaded with simple carbs after my workout. Then I check my bloodsugar. I did this today and it was still only 81 so I took another scoop and it went up to around 150 then. I took my igf and checked it and my bs had dropped about 15 points. At 151 this is no big deal but consider if I would have done it when my bs was 81. 65 is definitely low and I know me, I would have felt like crap and definitely went hypo. Just my suggestions. Im sugar orange juice would do the trick too but I already have a ton of cell tech.

I keep a pack of Reli-On glucose tabs on hand all the time. They're intended for diabetics going hypo so I figure they'll do the trick

I was going to suggest the same thing. They are made of glucose (a simple sugar) which is faster digesting than drinking juice or chocoloate milk. The sugars in those drinks are complex sugars (sucrose or dextrose) that have to be broken down to simple sugars before being utilized by the body. If you know you have trouble with going hypo, get some of those and keep them near at all times. I have some in my jacket, at home, in the car, etc. For a real emergency, I have one of those Reli-on liquid glucose drinks. It's the same thing as about 4 tablets, but since it's already liquid it gets absorbed FAST. I have had to use them about three times this year already.
