seriously, milk of mag and a glass of water or 2 is standard protocol. Follow the directions for 2 days if needed. If it lasts more than 2 days, enema. If you get the runs, pepto.

coffee and for some reason I always gotta drop a duece after training legs or deadlifts. Guess all that weight pushing on me keeps the flow moving.

take a over the counter laxative to help clean you out faster then use more fiber and metamucil to keep you constant and try eating activia yogurt once or twice a day and tell mcgaret to be more gentle so your not so packed in the old fudge machine, maybe you could give more blowjobs?
